When we give you a quote, you can bank on it. Should anything arise during a job requiring adjustments to the quote, you’re the first to know, before any changes are made. Although the majority of the time, what we quote you is what we bill at the end.
We also pride ourselves on giving the numbers to you straight – no fudging of labor times to make up for higher rates or vise versa. If it’s going to take our guys 10 hours, we’re going to quote 10 hours – helping you to make more accurate projections in the future on times and costs when choosing which of your fleet’s projects to prioritize. We do this all while working tirelessly to find the most efficient ways possible to complete your job!

We’re known for working on BIG machines but what really makes the RTI difference is our never-ending obsessing over each of the smallest details to get the job just right! At RTI you get 110% and nothing less!

That’s why we make it a top priority to get you through the repair process quickly! From getting out to your site to do estimates as soon after you call as possible, to being at the ready when you need us to come pick up a unit and get it into the shop and back out on the road. We believe we can best serve you if you look at us as a partner! We would like you to consider us another branch of your business. We understand that the larger your fleet or the more often you’re on the road, the greater risk you run of needing repairs and that’s why we’re always ready to have your back when you need us!

We joke about the brotherhood but around here, family really is of high importance! It’s hard not to be practically family when you’ve got guys here almost 30 years and others who made it their first job in high school and are still here 20 years later.
